Take 15 minutes and explore this guided audio meditation, “Calling on Our Allies,” which encourages you to connect with the love and support of those around you.
I love this meditation! I did it for the first time with my Embodied Leadership group in March 2020. The timing was perfect, although we didn't consciously know it. We were about to enter into a global crisis and a period of change like no other we have experienced. Being able to connect, communicate, and receive wisdom and guidance from our inner selves and the wisdom of the universe helped us step into this new chapter of our lives with support and love from sources that understand us at a deep level. I hope you enjoy this meeting of light beings!
When you ask, assistance is given to every single one of your requests. The universe always responds, but it does so according to your soul's intentions and the highest and best good of all, not necessarily as you would want or expect.
Here are seven signs you’re receiving help from the universe:
And remember, the universe loves helping you 💞
Below is the transcript for my "Calling On Our Allies" meditation—you can access the 15-minute guided audio meditation at the top of this blog post.
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath, deepening your breath and slowing your breath down. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, allowing your jaw to drop so that with each exhalation your jaw relaxes, your lips relax, your face relaxes, your neck and your throat—everything softens around the throat chakra. Your shoulders are down and your belly is soft. You're not holding anything in—surrendering, softening, relaxing.
Now imagine that in front of you, there's a door. And when you open the door, on the other side, you find yourself in a theater. Perhaps it's a theater completely from your imagination, or you've been there before, you've seen this theater before. Regardless, this is a place where you feel very safe and very comfortable, and you like being here.
Have a look around. You can see the stage, the seats, it's very well lit. Notice the decor. And when you're ready, find a seat in the middle of all the seats, and make your way there.
When you get to your seat, have a seat. Make yourself comfortable. Maybe there are even armrests. Notice the fabric of the seat. It's very cozy, very comfy, and you have a really good view of the stage. There's no one else in the theater but you. I'm going to invite you to invite allies onto the stage one at a time.
The first ally to bring on the stage is a person that you love that has passed away. A deceased loved one. Whoever shows up first today, invite them to walk up the stage, come all the way to the center, and they arrive at the center of the stage and they turn towards you and they look into your eyes and you look back into their eyes, and as you breathe deeply, you can feel their love and their support.
We'd like for you to ask them a question. Ask them what do I need to know to go forward? With my project, my idea, with my situation—what do I need to know? Just listen. Take a moment to really feel the answer that they have for you.
And when it feels complete, thank them for coming today. And you can let them leave the stage.
The next ally that we're going to invite onto the stage is an ancestor. Also, someone who's passed away but is in your ancestry lineage. Whoever wants to show up today on your stage, invite them to show up, walk up the stairs, and come all the way to the center of the stage. And when they come to the center, they turn towards you and they look into your eyes and you look into their eyes and you can feel their love and their support.
Allow that love to come in, to be felt inside you, and ask them the question what do I need to know, for my current situation, to go forward, with my project, with my idea? And listen, take your time, and feel the answer. And when it feels complete, thank them for coming today. Let them go.
Breathe deeply, feeling your grounding, your embodiment, before you invite the next person on the stage.
And the next ally is a great teacher, also who is past—someone who has influenced you. Perhaps you've known them when they were alive. Maybe they passed away a long time ago. Whoever wants to show up, bring them up on the stage. When they come to the center and when they arrive at the center they turn towards you and they look into your eyes, and you look back into their eyes. Breathe deeply as you feel their love, and their support, for you, for your path, your journey. And ask them the question what do I need to know, right now, so I can move forward, in my situation? And feel the answer, listen, and pay attention to the subtle message. And when you feel complete, thank them and allow them to leave the stage.
And for the next part, we're going to invite something in nature to come up on the stage. It could be a river, it could be a mountain, it could be a tree, it could be the ocean. It could be the forest, or it could be the rain. It could be a flower—whatever wants to come up. An expression in nature.
And allow that expression to come to the center of the stage. And connect your hearts. Feel the love and support; receive that love and that support. This ally has something to tell you. Ask them what do I need to know from you? And listen, and feel. When it feels complete, you can let them go and thank them for coming today.
With your next deep breath, I'm going to invite you to invite on the stage an animal, an animal totem of your choice, whoever wants to show up today as an ally, as a supporter of the work of your life.
As you breathe deeply invite the animal to come to the center of the stage in your look into their eyes and they look back into your eyes. Notice how it feels to be seen and loved and supported by this animal. Ask them the question what do I need to know, what do you have to tell me right now, that would help me move forward? And listen, feel the answer. Take it in. And when you're ready, you can thank them for coming today. And you can let them go.
Now for the next part I want you to invite onto the stage an astral being and it can be a star, it could be the sun, the moon, it could be a goddess or an ascended master; a being that is part of the field that is in another dimension. And it can be more than one. Allow this being or these beings to come up on the stage. And when they come to the center of the stage they connect with you through their bright, beautiful, expanded heart, their core essence. And take a moment to feel what it feels like to be loved, to be seen, to be supported by these celestial astral beings. And take your time to ask them the question what do you have to share with me today? What do I need to know?
And breathe, and notice, and when you're ready you can thank these allies for coming today and for being with you at all times. And you can let them go.
And when you're ready you can begin to make your way back to the door of the theater. Take your time walking down the aisle all the way back to the door and when you open the door, you come on the other side. You're in the room where you are.
Maybe wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes. And when you're ready, you can gently open your eyes.
